Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between client (brokers / correspondent lenders) and Sun West.
- Help familiarize Clients with Sun West Guidelines and Practices.
- Explain loan guidelines and programs
- Prospect all types of leads (inbound, outbound, company provided).
- Interact with clients through telephone and systems interface.
- Follow up on all leads and ensures proper status is detailed through-out the process.
Job Experience is a plus but not a necessity. We will train the right individuals. However the right candidate should have basic understanding of Mortgages and Lending processes.
