Clarification - Ordering FHA Case Number And Appraisal
Dear Valued Partner,
Effective April 18, 2011, a case number must be ordered only when a lender has an active loan application for the subject borrower and property. At the time a case number is requested in FHA Connection, lenders are required to:
a) Certify that they have an active loan application for the borrower and property.
