  1. This day cannot be counted for rescission or disbursement.
  2. This day does not count as a business day for TIL disclosure timing.
  3. Friday Oct 09, 2009: Hours of Operation for Lock Desk - 06:00 AM PST to 10:30 AM PST.
  4. Lock Desk will remain closed and there will be no funding on this day. Any Lock Requests submitted on Mon, Oct 12, 2009 will be processed on Tue, Oct 13, 2009.
