Treasuries started the day by selling-off for a third consecutive day. USTs have been under pressure this week along with UK and Eurozone bond markets. 10-Year treasury yield is at 2.482, up 0.7 bp from prior closing of 2.475.

No economic data and Treasury/Fed activity are scheduled today except for Fed's Harker speaking in New Jersey on economic outlook at 6:00 AM (PT) and Fed's Williams speaking at San Francisco Fed at 10:00 AM (PT).

The much anticipated inauguration of Donald Trump as the 45th President of the United States takes place at 9:00 AM (PT). Due to the inauguration, there is a public holiday in Washington DC today.

The curve has bear steepened with UST 10-Year yield up 0.7 bp.
