Treasuries are selling off across the curve this morning as investors continue to digest hawkish comments from central bankers. The UST10-Year yield is currently at 2.284% after closing at 2.229% prior.
This morning we received the 3rd estimate of Q1 2017 GDP which was upwardly revised to 1.40% growth rate from 1.20% growth rate in the 2nd estimate. Q1 2017 Personal Consumption was also upwardly revised to 1.10% from 0.60% in the previous estimate, while the Core PCE price index was downwardly revised to 2.00% from 2.10% in the previous estimate. Initial Jobless Claims for the week of June 24th rose 2k to 244k from an upwardly revised 242k the week prior. Continuing Claims for the week of June 17th rose 6k to 1948k from a downwardly revised 1942k the week prior.
